Switch From MindBody To Mariana Tek
In settings, scroll down to “Billing”. Under Billing, click on “open billing portal”.
You will then see the Billing page being displayed. Click on “cancel plan”. You must cancel your current plan in order to switch.
Once you have cancelled your current plan, return back to the settings page on the LenzVU dashboard. Click on “configure integrations”.
A pop-up will now be displayed. Click on Mariana Tek.
You will then be prompted to enter your brand subdomain. Your brand subdomain should look like this: https://mycompany.marianatek.com.
Click on “click here to login”, and follow the next steps given. You have now successfully switched to the Mariana Tek integration!
Getting A 403 Error
If you are receiving a 403 error, this may be because your “edit tag” permissions are not enabled on Mariana Tek. To fix this, please reach out to Mariana Tek Support and have “edit tags” permissions turned on.
