Want to segment your clients based on their area code? LenzVU’s phone number filter has you covered. Use this filter to segment clients based on the area code of their phone numbers and more.
Apply Phone Number filter #
To create a Phone Number filter within Segments, click +Apply New Filter and select Phone Number.
Customize your filter #
Use the drop down options and input to customize your filter based on client phone numbers. You can choose from the options; contains, starts with, or ends with. Input what numbers that the filter should be looking for.
This filter can be helpful when you want make segments based on area codes of clients.
The example below filters for all clients who have phone numbers that start with 416.
If you would like to add another condition to the filter group, click +Add New Filter in the same filter group. This will require clients to meet both filter conditions in order to be added to the segment.
If you would like to add another filter group, click +Add New Group. Clients must meet either or filter group to be accepted into the segment. If a client meets both filter groups, they will not be added to the segment.
When you’re done customizing your filter, click Save Segment on the top right.
