Customize your voicemail to uniquely greet known and unknown callers. Add your personal touch to your voicemail to show clients that you care.
Navigate to SMS settings #
Find Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar.
Go to SMS.
Edit Voicemail Settings #
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Edit Voicemail Settings.
Customize your voicemail message for unknown callers and known callers. You can use the special codes listed below to insert first, last, and company name of the caller.
