Step #1: Apply Class Attendance filter #
To create a Class Attendance filter within Segments, click +Apply New Filter and select Class Attendance under the External: WellnessLiving tab.
Step #2: Customize the Class Attendance filter #
Change the number of classes attended and set it to exactly, less than, or at least depending on the scenario. Now input the starting point in time when the number of classes should be counted from. Choose from before the last (rolling), in the last (rolling), after, before, ever.
If you would like to add another condition to the filter group, click +Add New Filter in the same filter group. This will require clients to meet all filter conditions in the filter group in order to be added to the segment.
If you would like to add another filter group, click +Add New Group. Clients must meet either or filter group to be accepted into the segment. If a client meets both filter groups, they will not be added to the segment.
Step #3: Give you segment a title and save #
Congradulations! You’ve now made a new segment for when a client has reached a class attendance milestone. You can implement this segment in your automations to automatically reach out to clients when they reach this point.
