Want to automatically send a message to people who are running out of class passes? Use LenzVU’s segment feature to filter clients by number of classes remaining and automate emails and promotions to those clients.
Apply Classes Remaining filter #
To create a Classes Remaining filter within Segments, click +Apply New Filter and select Classes Remaining.
Customize your Classes Remaining filter #
Adjust your filter conditions by using the drop down options and changing the number of classes remaining. Choose from “less than or equal to” or “exactly” and input the number of classes remaining.
Note: Less than or equal to will include 0 which includes anyone who has ever taken a class at your studio.
Example 1: Client has less than or equal to 1 classes remaining within purchased packages. All of your clients with 1 or 0 classes remaining in their accounts will be added into this segment.
Example 2: Client has between 1 and 3 classes remaining within purchased packages. All clients with 1, 2, or 3 classes remaining in their account will be added to this segment.
If you would like to add another condition to the filter group, click +Add New Filter in the same filter group. This will require clients to meet all filter conditions in the filter group in order to be added to the segment.
If you would like to add another filter group, click +Add New Group. Clients must meet either or filter group to be accepted into the segment. If a client meets both filter groups, they will not be added to the segment.
When you’re done, click Save Segment on the top right corner.
