How to Embed a Form as a Pop-Up

This guide explains how to display a LenzVU form as a pop-up on your website using the built‑in pop-up display options.

1. Open Style & Display #

1. Open your form in LenzVU.
2. Click Style & Display at the top.
3. Scroll to the Pop-Up Options section.

2. Enable Pop-Up Mode #

1. Toggle Display as a Pop-Up ON.
2. Choose your preferred pop-up type:
   • Centered Pop-Up – appears in the middle of the screen.
   • Floating Bubble Pop-Up – a bubble appears in the corner; users click it to open the form.

No timers are used in this mode — the pop-up appears immediately or only when the bubble is clicked.

3. Customize Your Pop-Up #

You can personalize the pop-up with:

• Pop-Up Title
• Padding
• Alignment
• Bubble style (for bubble pop-up)
• Colors and font styling
• Button style customizations

All changes update instantly in the preview panel.

4. Add the Pop-Up to Your Website #

1. Click Website Code.
2. Copy the embed script.
3. Paste it into your website’s HTML, ideally before the closing </body> tag.

Once added, your selected pop-up style will appear on your website.

5. Test the Pop-Up #

• Refresh your site to ensure the pop-up appears as expected.
• Test both desktop and mobile layouts.
• Confirm the styling matches your brand.
