How to Edit Segments on LenzVU

Step 1: Log into Your LenzVU Dashboard #

Begin by logging into your LenzVU account. Once logged in, you will be directed to your dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Segments Section #

  1. From your dashboard, locate the Automation tab on the left sidebar.
  2. Click on Segments to access the list of existing segments.

Step 3: Select the Segment to Edit #

  1. Browse the list and choose the segment you wish to modify.
  2. Click on the selected segment to open its settings.

Step 4: Modify Segment Conditions #

  • Make necessary changes to the existing segment variables to refine the targeting conditions.
  • To remove a specific condition:
    • Click the trash icon next to the condition you wish to delete.
    • This removes the selected condition from the segment.
  • To reset the entire filter group:
    • Select Remove Group, and the group of filters will be deleted.

Step 5: Duplicating a Segment for Further Refinement #

If you need to create a new segment similar to an existing one:

  1. Click the three-dot menu next to the segment.
  2. Select Duplicate to create a copy.
  3. Make the necessary modifications to the duplicated segment.

Step 6: Save Your Changes #

Once all modifications are complete:

  • Click Save to apply the changes.
  • If the edited segment is linked to an active automation, the updates will automatically apply without needing additional adjustments
