Reputation Management 

Reputation Management helps you track, manage, and respond to client feedback from both Google Reviews and LenzVU Reviews. You can view overall ratings, monitor trends, reply to reviews, and connect reviews to existing client profiles to keep your records up to date.

1. Accessing the Reviews Section #

  1. From the left-hand menu, click Reports, then select Reviews.
  2. The Reviews dashboard will open, showing:
    • Statistics
    • Review trends chart
    • List of recent reviews

2. Understanding the Reviews Dashboard #

A. Review Summary Cards #

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see:

  • Average Google Rating – The average star rating from your Google reviews.
  • Number of Google Reviews – How many reviews you’ve received on Google.
  • Average LenzVU Rating – The average star rating from your LenzVU reviews.
  • Number of LenzVU Reviews – How many reviews you’ve collected through LenzVU.

B. Review Trends Chart #

  • Shows review activity over time.
  • Each bar represents the number of reviews.
  • Colors indicate counts for 1–5 star ratings.
  • Helps you spot patterns in client feedback.

C. Review Filters #

Use filters to quickly find specific reviews:

  • Date Range Filter – Last 7 days, last 30 days, last 12 months, or all time.
  • Search Client – Look up reviews by client name.
  • Status Tabs –
    • Awaiting Response – Google reviews that haven’t been replied to yet.
    • All Google Reviews – All reviews from Google.
    • All LenzVU Reviews – All reviews collected through LenzVU landing pages.

3. Reading and Managing Reviews #

For each review in the list, you’ll see:

  • Reviewer’s Name & Photo
  • Review Source (Google or LenzVU)
  • Date Posted
  • Star Rating
  • Review Text
  • Whether a reply has been submitted (for Google reviews)
  • The client profile in LenzVU linked to the Google review
  • Whether a task has been created for the review and its status
  • An option to download the reviewer’s photo (if collected with consent, for marketing use)

Available Actions: #

  • View Reviewer Photo – Opens a larger view with a download option.
  • View & Link to Profile – Connect the review to a client profile in your database.
  • Reply to Google Reviews – Post replies directly from LenzVU, with the option to generate a response using LenzAssist (LenzVU’s AI).
  • Open Associated Client Profile – If already linked, open the client’s profile directly.

4. Viewing a Reviewer’s Photo #

  1. Click the photo icon next to the review.
  2. The Reviewer Photo window will open.
  3. From here, you can:
    • View the image in full size
    • Download the image
    • Close the window by clicking X

5. Linking a Review to a Client Profile #

Linking reviews prevents duplicate review requests and keeps client records complete.

Steps:

  1. Click the link icon next to the review.
  2. In the Link to a Profile window:
    • Review the client’s name, date, rating, and comments.
    • Choose one of the following:
      • I’m not sure / Leave unlinked – Keeps the review separate.
      • Yes, link to a client – Select an existing client from the dropdown.
  3. Click Save.

6. Viewing Review Details Collected from Landing Pages #

Clicking on a review opens the Review Details modal, showing extended information:

  • Reviewer’s Name, Photo, and Profile Info – Includes tags, join date, and profile creation date.
  • Reviewer Photo Attached – Click to open the “Reviewer Photo” modal.
  • Review Text –
    • Most recent review shows up to 600 characters.
    • If longer, click See Full Review.
    • Past reviews always require clicking See Full Review.
  • Star Rating & Categories – Displays the given rating and tagged categories.
  • Google Review Request – Shows request status.
  • Tasks – Create or view follow-up tasks.
  • Task Status – Shows if a task is completed or pending.

This modal provides a full history of the client’s reviews with quick access to actions.

7. Managing Google Reviews #

Clicking on a Google review opens a dedicated view with extra options:

  • Recognize the Reviewer –
    • Match the Google reviewer to an existing client profile.
    • Prevents duplicate review requests.
  • Link to Client Profile – Select a profile from the dropdown to connect the review.
  • Reply to the Review –
    • Type your own response in the text box.
    • Or use LenzAssist to generate a thoughtful reply automatically.
  • Post Response – Click to publish your reply to Google without leaving LenzVU.

8. Tips for Best Results #

  • Check Awaiting Response regularly to reply promptly and improve SEO.
  • Link reviews to client profiles to track feedback history.
  • Use the trends chart to spot peak review times.
  • Respond quickly to negative reviews to improve public perception.
