The Landing Page Designer in LenzVU allows you to create multi-step landing experiences for your clients. Unlike a regular landing page builder that creates only one static screen, this tool gives you the ability to design a flow — a series of steps your client moves through after clicking a link.
This helps you collect data, guide clients through tasks, and send follow-ups or trigger automations — all in one connected experience.
How It Works #
Each landing page flow starts with an entry page and ends with a thank you page. These two steps are fixed. You can customize their content, but you cannot move or delete them.
In between the entry and thank you pages, you can add as many steps as needed using different components. These steps can be reordered using drag and drop.
Entry Page #
This is the first thing your client sees. You can customize it with your company logo, headline, subtext, and any other message you want to share at the start of the flow.
Thank You Page #
This is the final screen shown at the end of the flow. Use it to thank the client, confirm their submission, or provide any final instructions or links.
Adding Steps #
To add a step, click the Add New button. This will open the Component Library where you can choose from a set of predefined components.
Available Components #
- Form
Use this to gather information using a form you built in the LenzVU Form Designer. - Feedback
Collect a star rating and feedback comments. Optionally guide users to leave a review on Google based on their rating. - MindBody Arrival
Collect check-in data from clients as they arrive. - MindBody Payments
Handle MindBody payment interactions such as contracts and pricing options. - MindBody Class Check-in
Record when a client checks in for a class. - MindBody Comfort Level Questionnaire
Use this for wellness and comfort screening. - MarianaTek Check-in After Completion
Collect data after a check-in is completed in MarianaTek.
Customizing Each Step #
Each component you add has its own configuration options. These include settings that control logic, delivery, visibility, and what happens after the step is completed.
Common Configurations #
These settings are available for all components unless otherwise noted.
- Mark Step as Required
Make the step mandatory to continue. - Send Notifications
Send an email or SMS when the step is completed. You can select from your email templates or saved messages. - Add to Automations
Choose from active automations. Only automations with no entrance rules or simple segment-based criteria will appear in the dropdown.
Component-Specific Settings #
Form Component #
- Choose an existing form created in the LenzVU Form Designer.
- Set rules to control how often the form is shown:
- Email-based Rule
Limit how often the same person sees the form based on their email address. - Segment-based Rule
Show or hide the form for certain groups based on CRM segments.
- Email-based Rule
MBO Payments Component #
Includes extra payment configuration options:
- Purchase a Contract
- Purchase a Pricing Option
Feedback Component #
- Enable rating tags (clickable tags that appear after rating).
- Enable comments and optionally require them if the rating is low.
- Automatically create a follow-up task for your team based on the rating.
- Redirect clients to your Google review page depending on the rating they gave.
- Ask the reviewer to upload a photo (voluntary and consent-based, used for marketing).
- Trigger automations or notifications based on the rating.
Best Practices #
- Use short flows with a clear goal. Two or three well-structured steps are usually more effective than long forms.
- Customize entry and thank you pages to match the tone and branding of your studio or business.
- Use email or segment-based rules to avoid showing the same form to the same client too often.
- Use the feedback component to catch unhappy clients before they post publicly.
- Test the full flow yourself to see how it looks and behaves before sharing the link.
Common Use Cases #
- Collect Google reviews after a class or appointment.
- Create a client check-in flow for events or classes.
- Offer a new client onboarding sequence.
- Gather wellness or comfort level data.
- Upsell a pricing option or contract after positive feedback.
- Trigger follow-up automations based on survey responses.
Tips and Reminders #
- Preview your landing flow before sharing it. You can test every step and make sure your messages and forms work.
- Rearranging steps is as easy as dragging them into the desired order.
- Keep entry and thank you pages simple and welcoming.
- Use the same branding as your main website or marketing materials to maintain consistency.
Troubleshooting #
- Step does not appear?
Check if segment or email rules are hiding it for that user. - Not receiving notifications?
Make sure the correct template or saved message is selected and that it is published. - Automation not triggering?
Confirm the automation is active and does not have additional rules that prevent it from firing. - Form not saving?
Double-check if all required fields in the form component are filled out.
