Knowing which members have what type of membership is a crucial aspect of running a gym. With LenzVU segment your clients based off of which type of membership each client has. This way you can reward members who have a long-term commitment and encourage members who have a short-term commitment.
Apply Membership Purchase Filter #
First, click on add new filter.
From the filter toolbox pick Membership Purchase this will allow us to filter clients based on the type of membership.
Customize Membership Purchase Filter #
From here, use the drop-down menus to edit your filters accordingly.
If you would like to add another condition to the filter group, click +Add New Filter in the same filter group. This will require clients to meet all filter conditions in the filter group in order to be added to the segment.
If you would like to add another filter group, click +Add New Group. Clients must meet either filter group to be accepted into the segment. If a client meets both filter groups, they will not be added to the segment.
Next, press Save Segment once complete.
