First go to reports on the left sidebar.
Under reports, click Opportunity Report at the bottom
Select a report type and search #
Choose from Sales and Retention opportunities to unveil the best clients to reach out to. Sales reports shows clients with the highest trending engagement. Retention reports show clients with declining trends of engagement.
