Apply Purchase Made filter #
To create a Purchase Made filter within Segments, click +Apply New Filter and select Purchase Made.
Customize your Purchase Made filter #
Adjust your filter by using the drop down options and changing the number of days in the filter. Select from whether the client has or has not made a purchase of your selected class purchase options. Then customize the time frame from which the segment should filter for.
As an example, we will go through how to segment for customers who have purchased something during their customer lifetime but hasn’t purchased anything in the past 6 months.
First, we will set a filter for a client who has purchased any purchase in the past 10 years.
Now, adjust the dropdown menus and number inputs to match the screenshot below. Now this filter will find clients who have made any purchase in the past 10 years AND have not made a purchase in the past 6 months. This will help you find old clients who you would like to try to recapture.
If you would like to add another condition to the filter group, click +Add New Filter in the same filter group. This will require clients to meet all filter conditions in the filter group in order to be added to the segment.
If you would like to add another filter group, click +Add New Group. Clients must meet either or filter group to be accepted into the segment. If a client meets both filter groups, they will not be added to the segment.
Click Save Segment on the top right when you’re done.
