Navigate to messages #
First, log in and then click on “conversations” which can be found on the left-hand side of the screen. After that, click on messages.
Add new contact #
Now click on the “add new contact” button.
Communicate with clients #
Once you’ve added the contact, you can send messages using this field. Then click the purple send button once you’re ready to send the message.
