What Is an Embedded Form? #
An embedded form is a form you place directly on your website or landing page. It appears as part of your page instead of opening in a new tab.
Lenzvu offers three form types:
- Standalone Page – Opens as a separate page.
- Embedded Form – Added directly into your website.
- Email Embedded Form – A simplified version suitable for email.
If you want your form to live inside your website layout, choose Embedded Form.
Choosing the Embedded Form Type #
- Open your form in Lenzvu.
- Go to Form Type and Template.
- Select Embedded Form.
- Your form preview updates automatically.
Designing Your Embedded Form #
In the Design Form section, you can:
- Add new questions
- Reorder questions by dragging
- Edit field settings
- Upload or remove a header image
- See a live preview of all changes
Everything updates instantly, making it easy to visualize your form.
Customizing Style & Display #
Click Style & Display to open the customization panel. This lets you control how your form looks.
1. Text Header #
- Add a title (e.g., “Join Our Newsletter”)
- Choose alignment (left, center, right)
- Adjust spacing, color, and font size
2. Image Header #
- Add the URL of the image to be shown at the top
- Adjust size or hide/show the image
3. General Form Options #
- Background color
- Spacing around elements
- Rounded corners
- Border style
4. Form Labels #
- Change label color
- Adjust size and spacing
5. Text Inputs #
- Customize input background
- Border color and thickness
- Input height
- Corner rounding
6. Submit Button #
- Change button color
- Button text (e.g., “Submit”, “Sign Up”)
- Hover effects
- Corner rounding
7. Pop‑Up Options (Optional) #
If you choose to display your embedded form as a pop‑up, you can control:
- Pop‑up title
- Padding
- Bubble vs. timed pop‑up
- Delay before showing
- “Do not show again” option
The right‑side preview updates everything in real time.
How to Embed the Form on Your Website #
Once your form is ready:
- Click Website Code to copy the embed code.
- Paste the code into your website where you want the form to appear.
